The History of the Company

Iraqi company was established in May of 2003.The company founded by Majed Ahmed, working on construction, technical contract, and business development.

Majed Ahmed is an Iraqi received his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Al Mustansiria University in Iraq in 1992 and has 20 years’ experience in construction, technical contract, and business development in Governmental & private sectors.Mr Majed was a partner and Vice President of Al- Bilal Group and he has managed contracts with amount of 65 $ millions most of the contracts with the electric sector and infrastructure.

Work Strategy

Ayam Company has relations with European and American Companies to execute (EPC) and these companies are supporting Ayam Company in construction businesses. Ayam Company has many companies working in different fields: procurement, logistic, etc.

Ayam has one main office in Baghdad and many other offices in Iraq to coordinate with the main office in Amman.Ayam has the enough needed equipment for any project, and has many agreements with different logistic companies.

Finally, Ayam has the ability and capacity to administrate and execute any industrial, electrical or petroleum project through Electrical, mechanical and civil engineering works by making joint venture with governmental Iraqi companies and local ones. Ayam Company have good expertise for construction civil work especially for main foundation of gas power plant and thermal power plant our experience coming from implementing many power plant projects in Iraq as south Baghdad with Bechtel ,baiji gas turbine with BHEL, east Baghdad (AL-KUDS), Sulaimania gas power plant.
